Cegedim has announced it is rolling out its latest version of the Pharmacy Manager system, v10.3 to customers in England and Scotland.

The system has been updated with new functionality for England as follows:

  • all aspects of Pharmacy Manager now compatible with Windows 10 and 64 bit processing;
  • improved speed and stability for the patient details report;
  • Healthi Services MUR integration, minimising duplication and utilising a streamlined workflow.

For Scotland, key changes are:

  • universal claim framework (UCF) functionality – removing the need to handwrite and transcribe the dispensing event onto the CPUS form;
  • a national MAR chart;
  • introduction of two new endorsements, MIL and BAN;
  • unlicensed products – fixed handling costs, making claiming easier;
  • improved speed and stability of the patient details report.

The company has uploaded two documents to its website going through the updates and indicating how the new functionality can be used.
